Week 2, run 2

I did my second run yesterday of week 2. It wasn't too bad really. I had to have a much much slower pace then normal since I was feeling like crap with a horrible horrible cold. I didn't even get off of my road before I finished my 3rd run. I didn't think it was that hard until the end and I was doing my cool down walk and had horrible waves of nausea. I really didn't think I was making it home without being sick, but I did! I actually prefer the slower pace since I didn't have to push myself as much, but I don't know if I can actually stand running that slow when I am not sick. LOL.

I am finding my pace is slower as well, which I am gonna work on. The big thing is that you completed it. YAY for you....

I actually preferred week 2 over week 1. Even though you are running longer, I liked that it was only 6 runs rather than 8.

Slower pace is good when you're sick. Try walking when you are sick instead. Just the fresh air helps especially if you are really miserable. Plus you got to eat right! More veggies and fruits!! lol!!
