Hating the heat. It's really messing up my runs. I can't run for 25 minutes in the heat. I get nauseous because of the heat. So I tend to run half of it and walk for a minute or so, then run again. I couldn't do it today though. It was just too hot. Yesterday was brutal for me. I just walked yesterday, but I couldn't cool my body down the entire day. I didn't want to go through that again. I might start running on the beach. Which will be difficult, but give me some resistance. But I really just hope it'll give me a breeze! lol

I went running around 8:30 this morning. It was already pretty hot, but not nearly as bad as waiting until later in the day. It was 18 when I started (didn't check the humidex) and when I got back (just over 30 mins later) it was 20 with a humidex of 25. It was managable in that temperature, but brutal going so early in the morning when I worked until midnight the night before. LOL.
Gives you energy throughout the day. If I was still doing intervals I could manage, but not full 25 mins....plus little water today and it was gross water!
