Okay, after a hiatus...
I figured I would update this because well, I can. I like posted about how I'm doing with the running. Today I finished week 6, day 2 of c25K.. 10 minutes of running, 1 minute walking, then 8 minutes running, 2 minutes walking. I really prefer shorter intervals and I think I'm going to repeat day 1 and 2 of week 6 before I move on to the full 20 minutes of running. I'm pretty comfortable running for 6 minutes, but have to push myself for the last few minutes. That's okay, I should push myself ... But it's killer those last few minutes. So I'm going to repeat!
